Yesterday, January 25, 2024, the students of the first cycle of the Higher Degree Training Cycle in International Trade at the Joan XXIII School in Tarragona visited TROPIPALMS as part of their school activities. The main objective of the visit was to comprehensively understand the operation of the incubator, with a special focus on crucial areas for foreign trade, such as Sales, Marketing, Logistics and documentation, specifically for exports. These areas will play a crucial role in their training and sparked great interest among students. After finishing the training part, the students, who enjoyed the experience, had the opportunity to explore the entire nursery, showing interest in the beautiful specimens of different species that TROPIPALMS has on display.

Dracena Draco

They are tree-like plants with a thick, branched trunk that can reach over 10 meters in height. The leaves have an attractive bluish-green color. The yellowish flowers have no decorative purpose and appear in large clusters above the foliage. They bloom in spring. Finally, they produce spherical fruits that are initially green and then orange.


TROPIALMS receives the SME Internationalization Award 2023

On June 21st, the SME Awards took place in Reus (Tarragona), an event organized by the Reus Chamber of Commerce, Banco de Santander, and the newspaper Lavanguardia. These awards aim to highlight the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in the province of Tarragona, whose work is crucial for job creation and local wealth generation.

In this edition, various categories were recognized, including the Sustainable SME Award, Internationalization, Innovation and Digitization, as well as Training and Employment.
